I not only delt with sexual & physical abuse, from a step parent but also physical abuse from a boyfriend. I've told it often through the years and my kids, friends and sometimes strangers know. I hope that by telling someone about it that it will help stop the cycle. I still see the persons that have done that to me occasionally, and now there is a feeling of pity for both, because the karma, fate whatever you want to call it has come back to bite them on the ass. Yes, it is satisfying to see it come full circle to know that they are paying for what they did.
